In the Bilateral Meeting with His Excellency Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, His Majesty in the titah states that both countries have enjoyed long-standing and close partnership in trade and investment, education, defence and people-to-people exchanges, and appreciated Thailand's continued support in Brunei Darussalam's food security, particularly in the supply of rice and sugar, as well as the recent establishment of sorghum nursery in Brunei Darussalam. Both Leaders also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Brunei Darussalam and Thailand have strong, close bilateral relations with cooperation in trade, agriculture, and defence, as well as people-to-people exchanges and collaboration through ASEAN. Both countries reaffirm their commitment to strengthening ties, including through high-level visits and existing mechanisms like the Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC).

His Majesty extended best wishes for the preparations of the SEA Games in December 2025, and welcomed the Prime Minister to visit Brunei Darussalam at a mutually convenient date.
